Stream Discharge Septic System

Last week Keenan Inc. installed a Stream Discharge Septic System. This system included a 1,250 gallon duel compartment septic tank, a peat biofilter tank, and an ultraviolet disinfection unit. After the effluent passes through this system, the treated water discharges into a stream on the property.

Tight Spots, Addition Excavation and Footer

Keenan Inc has become accustom to doing tight jobs where minimal disturbance is a necessity. It is important to have the right equipment for the job. On this particular job we brought in a little smaller equipment than would normally be used because there was tight access to the location of the new addition.



Here, we were contracted to excavate and pour foundation footing for a breakfast room addition. The property has beautiful gardens and mature landscaping. Care was taken in minimizing the disturbance to the lawn, especially before the winter, when getting new grass seed to germinate is out of the question.

Outdoor Living Space

Over the last 4 months we have created an outdoor living space for one of our clients. The bulk of the construction was in multiple boulder retaining walls to create a large outdoor living area, and multiple tiers around the property to create yard space.
The focal point of the patio and outdoor living space is this fireplace built into the irregular boulder wall.
