Excavating, Site Work

Here are some pictures of a custom home project we have been on for the past year. Keenan Construction and Excavating, Inc. was contracted to do the site work, excavation, grading, stormwater system, septic system, and final grading. The end product is a beautiful custom home, built to the highest standard, by www.hazleybuilders.com/ , set on a picturesque lot.

Drip Irrigation Septic System

Keenan Construction and Excavating, Inc. is currently installing a drip irrigation septic system.
The drip irrigation system offers a unique method for subsurface distribution of wastewater. The installation of a drip irrigation system has less site impact than conventional septic systems. Drip systems are viable alternatives to unsightly mound systems and spray irrigation systems.
The pictures show the laterals, and Paul making the loop connections at the ends of the laterals.

The boulder retaining wall will retain the earth, provide a unique landscape feature, and create more backyard living space. Here are the early stages of a boulder retaining wall installation.
